Wow wasn’t October lovely!
We’ve loved the shift in seasons and spending time outdoors.
We’ve also made time for reading, listening and learning. Taking time out of work life for things we enjoy always helps to inspire and refresh.
We hope our discoveries this month will inspire, motivate and entertain!

Our favourite community
JUST A CARD – This wonderful online community supports artists, makers, independent shops and small business owners. They want the WORLD to know that by supporting them the buyer gets something made and sold with love and passion – extra special! We regularly join in their weekly Twitter hour Thursdays 8 – 9pm. Our favourite app
Trello – We were so frustrated having different bits of info about our business in different places. Now we have all this in one place accessible from our phone and computer so we can check, add to and amend easily, anytime. We can share & message each other and invite collaborators to join too.
Trello is super easy to use and we would be so lost without it now!

Our favourite Pinterest Tip
You can now claim your Instagram, Etsy & YouTube accounts.
Why? When you save content from a creator who has not claimed their site on Pinterest, there is no creator image, no name, and no “Follow” button
But now, when you claim your accounts, any time someone saves your content from Instagram, Etsy, and YouTube to Pinterest, you’ll get the attribution you deserve on every single Pin – allowing you to attract followers from Pinterest to your social accounts! And Pinners will be able to easily follow you on Pinterest.

Our favourite creative business
Hannah HRC Illustrations – We had to include the lovely Hannah in this month’s WOW list. She created an illustration of us to use as our profile pic on our social media accounts.
We’re always telling our clients to show themselves on their website and social media. We realised we needed to follow our own advice. The problem is we hate having our photo taken, so we decided to find an illustrator to capture us in a different format and we love it!
Our favourite marketing tool
