By adopting a creative approach to Pinterest you can share the visual story of your business and be discovered! If you run or work for a creative business you are creative! So use Pinterest to showcase your creativity!

Why we run Pinterest Workshops For Creative Business Owners

We LOVE Pinterest. Of all the digital marketing channels and options out there Pinterest is the fun one! It doesn’t feel like work! When we decided to join forces and set up Social Pow Wow we knew that it was Pinterest we wanted to focus on first.  We both live in Lewes and whenever we bumped into each other we would share our Pinterest successes and frustrations. We’d email and message each other with Pinterest tips and tricks that we tried out and could see were working, driving online traffic and generating sales.  Our heads are full of Pinterest stuff that nobody else is talking about so we will be the ones that do! We’ve created a Pinterest Workshop for small groups of local, creative business owners living & working in East Sussex.

The First Social Pow Wow Pinterest Workshop

On March 22nd 2018 we hosted our first Pinterest workshop for creative business owners at Lomax & Skinner’s studio (bespoke milliners) in the heart of Lewes. The perfect creative space! We were thrilled that our first Pinterest Workshop was fully booked. Those that had booked were exactly the type of visual, creative businesses we knew we could equip with the Pinterest skills and strategies to grow and thrive.

Who is the Social Pow Wow Pinterest Workshop For?

If your business sells products or offers a service that is visual then Pinterest can be your marketing secret weapon! Here are the talented local business owners that attended our first workshop:

What if I’m not a creative business owner?

If you work for a creative business, responsible for marketing and are looking to try a fresh, new approach then this is definitely for you!

Or do you work in digital marketing and want to learn the nitty gritty of Pinterest so you have more skills to offer your clients?  We’d love you to come and join us!

A fun evening of collaboration and support

Being a creative business owner can be a lonely business.

    • Our workshops are a friendly space to share ideas and receive feedback.
    • A chance to step out of the day to day running of your business and work on it rather than in it!
    • An opportunity to learn new skills with like minded people in your community
    • A fun, relaxed evening with prosecco and delicious snacks.

One of the nicest messages we received after our first workshop was that it wasn’t long enough. A lovely evening they didn’t want to end.  An evening spent meeting new people and making genuine connections.

    Ongoing Support

After the workshop we hope you will be inspired and motivated to put everything you have learnt into place. You will be invited to join our closed Facebook group for ongoing support and to share your Pinterest journey.

However, you may want to spend all your time creating and the day to day tasks of running a business means you are too time poor for anything else.

We can help with this too! We will be offering small business Pinterest management packages. WATCH THIS SPACE!

You may only need to use us for a couple of months to get everything set up and pinning regularly. Then as you will now have a knowledge and understanding of how it all works can take back the reins when you’re ready!

So what are you waiting for creative business owners!
